The designation “6900” refers to the family of Lady-Datejust references from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. In solid 18 Karat Yellow Gold (often as Ref. 69178), it is the epitome of the classic women’s watch by Rolex.

With a diameter of 26 mm, this is the historical standard size for Rolex women’s watches.
